Tyco Security Products Introduces Pair of Products at ASIS
iSTAR Ultra SE, SV3 Cloud-based Visitor Management System unveiled at ASIS.
Both products can be integrated with C·CURE 9000 Security and Event Management System.
Tyco Security Products out of Westford, Mass., made a pair of introductions at ASIS on Monday.
The first, iSTAR Ultra SE, is a special edition iSTAR Ultra door controller that supports up to 32 readers and combines iSTAR Ultra features with its “Pro mode” that ensures flexibility and compatibility with all Software House systems.
The second is the SV3 Cloud-based Visitor Management System’s integration with the C·CURE 9000 Security and Event Management System that provides web-based tracking of visitor information data, beginning with pre-registration.

Tyco Security Products is at booth 1701 at ASIS.
The iSTAR Ultra SE, when used in “Pro Mode”, has the same capabilities as the iSTAR Pro and is compatible with C·CURE 800/8000 and C·CURE 9000 Security and Event Management Systems. It also uses “Ultra mode”, which has advanced encryption and wireless lock support that are enabled and wireless locks that can communicate with C·CURE 9000, according to the company.
Meanwhile, the SV3 Visitor Management System is integrated with C·CURE 9000 and allows security officers to pre-register visitors, track their entry and exit to facilities using a single user interface. Operators can also schedule visitors and perform registrations and scheduling of events from anywhere using a Web browser.
