NEW YORK — A new contract allows systems integrator Touchcom, a G4S Technology company, to provide electronic and physical security solutions for the state of New York agencies. The New York State Office of General Services Procurement Service Group awarded the contract to the company.
“The contract gives us the ability to periodically add products and services,” says Touchcom Senior Vice President of Sales & Engineering Pat Berry. “We will be seeking feedback from prospective clients on solutions to meet their evolving needs.”
Under the five-year security systems and solutions agreement, Touchcom will supply, install and maintain security systems for various state government agencies, including:
- Physical security
- Access control
- Video surveillance
- Building management
- Alarm monitoring
- System design and integration
- Software solutions
- Integrated security management
Products available through the contract include AMAG Technology, HID Global, VideoIQ and more. Touchcom will also use OneFacility, a Web-based building management system, a product recently introduced by the company.
Started in 1994, Touchcom designs, installs and supports fully integrated security systems to large office and residential properties.
