Chamberlain Professional Products of Elmhurst, Ill., announces the LiftMaster Elite Series Logic 3.0 commercial door operators that feature four optional boards. These plug-in boards facilitate system upgrades so the end user does not have to install new wiring. The auxiliary contact option board provides dry contacts for security system interface as well as warning devices and the activation of external heater controls. The voltage ratings of the contacts are 24VAC, 120VAC and 240VAC.
The other boards offer assistance in a variety of ways. The red green warning signal option board offers traffic control functions in high-traffic areas when used with a red/green light box. The CP3 option board is a photo eye and failsafe edge that prevents injury or damage to objects left under a door as it begins to close. The FDR interface option board simplifies wiring when using Chamberlain fire release devices.
