SAVANNAH, Ga. –– Alaina Meyer, president at scDataCom, and Kathleen Ford, CEO at scDataCom, have both been named to the 2025 Security Industry Association (SIA) Women in Security Forum (WISF) Power 100 list.

This dual recognition of a mother-daughter team “underscores their significant contributions to the security industry while putting Savannah on the map as a hub for security innovation and leadership,” according to the company announcement.

The WISF Power 100, presented annually by the SIA Women in Security Forum, celebrates 100 women worldwide “whose accomplishments are redefining leadership in security, breaking barriers, and demonstrating the invaluable contributions women bring to the industry,” the announcement says.

“Being recognized alongside my mother makes this honor especially meaningful,” says Meyer in the company announcement. “As women in security, we’ve faced unique challenges, but we’ve turned them into opportunities to innovate and lead. We hope our story inspires other women to pursue careers in this dynamic industry, particularly here in the Southeast.”
