SAN JOSE, Calif.—VIVOTEK, a global security solution provider, recently launched two new 5MP Outdoor Turret Dome AI Cameras during ISC West 2025.
The annual security industry event was held in Las Vegas, Nev., on April 2-4 at the Venetian Expo and Convention Center, and the company exhibited in booth #22043. As part of the company’s show activities, VIVOTEK highlighted the IT9383-HV and IT9383-HVW cameras, which are available to ship immediately.

5MP Outdoor Turret Dome AI Cameras Deliver Wide Field-of-View
VIVOTEK asserts that its C-series AI camera offers high levels of image performance through their use of advanced Sony sensors that feature STARVIS 2 technology. This combination according to the company, provides a 2.5x improvement in dynamic range and light sensitivity to help ensure excellent visibility across various lighting conditions. The 5MP Outdoor Turret Dome AI Cameras’ RealSight Engine feature is said to further enhance image detail and quality, automatically capturing clear portraits details in both bright and low-light environments.
“The IT9383-HV and IT9383-HVW ensure balanced exposure between dark and bright regions, delivering evenly-lit, well-exposed footage with balanced contrast,” comments Lin. “Enjoy clear and visible images, even within LED backlit displays, for enhanced surveillance performance.”
At the ISC West 2025 show VIVOTEK pointed out how customers can enhance investigative efficiency with potent data, identifying people and vehicles by their distinctive attributes such as color, gender, and type. The 5MP Outdoor Turret Dome AI Cameras can also simplify searches and minimize redundant results with precise object tracing. These cameras are equipped with state-of-the-art AI processors that manages over 25 detection objects in its field-of-view (FOV). VIVOTEK suggests the processor accurately identifies objects with their attributes and is not influenced by obstacles or lighting conditions.
Other features the cameras incorporate include the VIVOTEK Smart VCA, which the company says is designed to improve monitoring efficiency and reduce users’ workloads compared to conventional cameras with motion detection. VIVOTEK Smart VCA was developed to offer precise detection of unusual events, providing detailed video analytics and quick searches. This system reduces false alarms and notifies managers promptly, enabling them to implement effective management strategies.
Regardless of lighting conditions, the 5MP Outdoor Turret Dome AI Cameras will automatically activate their illuminator when they detect people and cars passing by. This feature the company boasts, not only reproduces clear color images, but it also provides proactive protection for the area.
